Knit a shawl that gets noticed!

"Your shawl is stunning, what pattern is it?"
"Oh wow it's so cute!"
These are some of the comments I got when I took the Spring Blossom shawl for a spin!

Spring Blossom is the newest design from Kylie of Home on 15 Acres. I am absolutely in love with this shawl and I know you will be too!

Spring Blossom Shawl Kits will be available on 1 December - sign up here to get a reminder!

Featuring a soft, crescent shape that's easy to wear, a cute motif pattern reminiscent of 1920's art deco designs, and a lace border to match, the Spring Blossom shawl makes for an easy but fun knit.
Short colour changes make for an easy introduction to colour-work, with short floats ensuring you won't run into any tension issues. The pattern is easily adjusted to make your shawl as large or small as you like so you can make the perfect sized shawl for you.

Pictured here is Bill, one of the sheep who donated his fleece to make the yarn for this shawl. He is such a poser!

A few months ago, I reached out to Kylie to create a shawl for some very special yarn. Ronelle, my friend who manages Cloverleaf Corriedale Stud - a small-scale, ethically managed farm an hour outside of Melbourne - has created an absolutely gorgeous yarn from her very own sheep.

This stunning Spring Blossom shawl is the result!
As a dyer, I love working with this yarn. It's softer than you'd expect corriedale yarn to be, and has a nice lustre. It takes up dyes beautifully and I've created a colour range to match the Spring Blossom shawl.

I'm so excited to bring you this all-Australian collaboration to bring you beautiful yarn and a beautiful pattern, from farm to finished shawl!
Kits will be available from Sunday 1st December to celebrate the pattern launch!

I can't wait to see your finished shawl!
